Campaign Roundup - Day 14:
- The municipal election takes place on Wednesday. Polls will be open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. You can locate your polling station here.
- If you haven’t already registered to vote, you can still do so at the polling station. For a list of what you’ll need to bring with you to vote, you can visit the Elections Regina website.
- The Regina Leader-Post’s City Hall reporter asked all of the Council candidates if they have been endorsed by any third-party groups. Today, they published the responses, and you can view them here.
- Global News shared their video interviews with mayoral candidates, all in one place. You can view those videos here.
- CTV profiled the candidates seeking election in Ward 7. Incumbent Terina Nelson is advocating for fiscal responsibility, public safety, and enhancements to parks, infrastructure, and public services. Abdi Gure is focusing on sustainable economic development, affordable housing, and addressing Regina’s aging infrastructure. John Gross is pledging to fight property tax increases. Shobna Radons is committing to making the city more inclusive and safe.
